I attended a really great Flex session this afternoon by Rob Rusher of effectiveUI.com.
Read on to hear my thoughts on the topic.

This session was devoted to introducing the many available methods of customizing the look and feel of your Flex apps through skinning and styling.  I am just beginning to get into Flex and am not a strong designer, so this session was perfect for me!

I learned some very valuable tips that seem to make it very easy to give a Flex app a customized design.
The presentation will be available on the effectiveUI website, under News & Events -> Presentations.

Luckily for me, Rob was giving out swag!  I won a free training class at their offices in Denver!!!
